As the Executive Search Associate, Clarissa works directly with clients to understand their business needs. Serving as the liaison between new clients and the Practice Leaders, Clarissa executes the next steps to ensure a seamless transition.
Prior to joining the Kaizen HR team, Clarissa worked in the Hospitality Industry, primarily specializing in the planning and execution of corporate events. Leveraging her past experience, Clarissa brings a “client first” attitude to every situation and works to anticipate client needs before they arise.

Clarissa is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. When she is not working, Clarissa loves trying out new eats, exploring her creative side through crafting, and growing her vinyl record collection.
