Rose Dorta is the founding member of Kaizen HR Solutions, established in Chicago, IL. Rose oversees each search personally and provides strategic guidance to her search team. She has successfully completed searches for Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Commercial and back-office roles for a diverse set of clients across multiple industry sectors.
She brings extensive experience in corporate Human Resources and Global Recruiting management experience. She has worked with top business leaders to deeply understand their business short and long-term goals as well as key position requirements to successfully drive growth with the value of people. She takes a business partner approach with her clients and acts as an extension to their team. She is efficient, delivers quality over numbers, adds value-added growth, and provides exceptional customer service to her clients.
Prior to establishing Kaizen HR, Rose held multiple HR leadership roles across innovative growth organizations. In addition, Rose spent 10 years of her HR career working in fast-paced, metrics, and quality-driven Private Equity portfolio owned companies. She has a track record supporting these organizations at various points in the investment cycle by providing high touch turnkey recruiting services to accelerate their investment. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Human Resources as well as her PHR designation.
