Jennifer serves as the Talent Acquisition Recruiter & Operations Support at Kaizen HR. In this role, she collaborates closely with internal team members, providing pivotal research and operations support. Before her tenure at Kaizen HR, Jennifer’s career was deeply rooted in the education sector, where she engaged in curriculum research, design, and implementation. Her inherent passion for teaching allowed her to thrive, characterized by her exceptional patience and creativity in nurturing young minds. Yet, it was her burgeoning interest in organizational dynamics and human behavior that steered her career path towards recruitment. Her adeptness at understanding people’s strengths and needs enables her to match the best candidates for our client open requisitions.

Jennifer is academically equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Early Childhood Education Degree, a combination that underscores her multifaceted skill set. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer cherishes spending quality time with her family and enjoys visits to the countryside to reconnect with relatives.
