Martin serves as the Researcher for Kaizen HR. He partners with internal team members to execute research strategy initiatives.
Prior to joining Kaizen HR, he spent over two decades in the education sector, where he was involved with curriculum research, design, program enhancement, project supervision and execution. This leveraged his expertise and passion for researching and self-educating, allowing him to reach a high level of versatility by combining his background in education with technology.
Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English as a Foreign Language. Additionally, he holds numerous certificates, Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), English for Specific Purposes (ESP), and Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to name a few.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.
