Founder and Managing Partner

A human resources professional with more than two decades of experience, Rose founded Kaizen HR Solutions in 2018 to leverage her expertise and passion for helping organizations secure high performing candidates to drive growth, transform cultures and meet other critical objectives. Rose oversees each search personally and provides strategic guidance to her search team. She has successfully completed thousands of demanding searches for human resources, operations, finance, information technology, commercial and back-office roles for a diverse set of clients across multiple industry sectors.

Rose brings extensive experience in corporate human resources and global recruiting management experience. She has worked with top business leaders to deeply understand their short and long-term goals as well as key position requirements to successfully drive growth and organizational change. She takes a business partner approach with clients and acts as an extension to their team. She is efficient, delivers quality over numbers, adds value-added growth, and provides exceptional customer service to her clients.

Prior to establishing Kaizen HR, Rose held multiple HR leadership roles across innovative growth organizations.  In addition, she spent 10 years of her HR career working in fast-paced, metrics, and quality-driven private equity-owned portfolio companies.  She has a track record supporting these organizations at various points in the investment cycle by providing high touch turnkey recruiting services to accelerate return on their investment. Rose earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Human Resources as well as her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
