Roxanne serves as an Executive Search Associate for Kaizen HR Solutions.  She is dedicated to maintaining transparent communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure clarity on requirements and sense of urgency.  She recognizes that our clients seek not only to fill their immediate position needs but also to identify the ideal candidate who embodies their team culture and aligns with their company values and growth objectives.

Prior to joining Kaizen HR Solutions, Roxanne spent several years in business development and recruitment.  During this time, she earned a reputation for fearlessly taking on new roles, learning new industries, and thoroughly delivering solutions to her clients.  

Roxanne earned a Master’s degree in Political Science/Comparative Politics from the University of Akron.  During her personal time, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her family, hiking the beautiful trails of Tennessee, traveling, and attending sporting events.
